Fireplace Hearth Designed From Unused Tiles.




Customer asked for a hearth to go in front of their electric fireplace.
Built the hearth from some unused tiles that were left over from another project.

 


First I made a 3D model for the the customers approval.



Built the frame from ply wood and wood trim.



Frame Primered.


Frame Painted.



Used adhesive to secured the tile to the frame.
